Any additional notes about mood, colors, or framing preferences

Budget & Costs

Please include your preferred budget range with your request. This helps me guide the process and suggest the best size, materials, and presentation options for your vision.

Final pricing is determined by:

Materials and supplies

Optional framing or finishing fees

Free Discovery Call

A complimentary 15-minute call to connect and review your request. This helps us decide if we’re the right fit for collaboration.

We’ll discuss your vision and clarify any questions

You’ll learn more about my process and style

Consultation Call

A deeper session to refine all details. A $50 consultation fee is required to reserve this call and is applied toward your final artwork if you move forward.

You’ll receive progress updates during key stages of development and can provide one round of feedback before final details are completed.

Completion & Delivery

Upon completion, you’ll receive photos or a video preview of your finished piece.

Final payment is due before pickup or shipment.

Each painting is sealed with archival varnish and carefully packaged for safe delivery.

Follow Up

After your artwork is completed and delivered, I will check in to ensure it has arrived safely and meets your expectations.

If you feel inspired, you are welcome to share your experience of the process or a photo of your painting in its new home. Your words and stories mean so much, but sharing is always optional.
